Tahitian pearls are pearls that are grown in the black-lipped oyster named Pinctada Margaritifera. The oyster was discovered and fostered on the Tahiti island – in French Polynesia and beyond in to the Micronesian Islands.

Truly black Tahitian Pearls are extremely rare and are known as one of the most valued and most beautiful pearls in the world. Tahiti pearls have 3 main colours as slate grey midnight black, pale blue, silver.
